Paul Terdal et al. v. Sejal Hathi et al.

In February 2025, Paul Terdal, a visiting fellow at Do No Harm, requested data from the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) for the purposes of researching “the efficacy and incidence of gender-related medical treatments for children.” The OHA denied the request.

The lawsuit, filed August 5, 2025, alleges that the OHA discriminated and retaliated against Plaintiffs when it withheld requested public-use data.
