Colorado’s enactment of House Bill 25-1312 (and a corresponding regulation) amended the state’s anti-discrimination laws to prohibit certain speech about sex and gender in public accommodations (i.e., a ban on misgendering, deadnaming, and other “unwelcomed” speech).
