Do No Harm sued the Director of the Arkansas Minority Health Commission for running a racially discriminatory scholarship for students pursuing a field related to medicine. The scholarship excluded white and Arab-American applicants in violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. After Do No Harm moved for a preliminary injunction to immediately stop the discriminatory scholarship program, the Attorney General settled the case and agreed to terminate the scholarship program with race requirements.
