Cara Tolliver JD, MLS (ASCP) -CM serves as Vice President of Legal Programs for Do No Harm, where her focuses include directing and managing the organization’s litigation program. Tolliver is a passionate advocate of reasonable sense and constitutionally-mandated equality under the law.
Prior to joining Do No Harm, Tolliver served as a litigation attorney at the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, where she argued and won several injunctions having nationwide impacts. Before transitioning to the nonprofit sphere, Tolliver also worked in private practice as a health law attorney.
In addition to her law degree, Tolliver holds a dual degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and Microbiology. Before earning her law degree, she spent nearly a decade in the health care industry, serving as a laboratory manager and leader at various hospitals and health systems throughout the country.
