Doug Richey, DMin

Doug Richey, D.Min., is a senior fellow at Do No Harm.

He served three terms in the Missouri House of Representatives, where he chaired the Joint Committee on Education and the Special Committee on Government Accountability. He was instrumental in securing protections for viewpoint diversity and stemmed the tide of DEI initiatives within Missouri’s state universities. As a result, Richey operates as one of the few subject matter experts regarding the state governance implications of DEI.

Dr. Richey has served as a pastor for 26 years, and as a law enforcement chaplain for 22 years. He has also served in various capacities within higher education.
