Natalie Dreyer

At Do No Harm, Natalie serves as the Membership and Outreach Manager, where she focuses on connecting individuals to the organization’s mission, policy work, and core principles.

Natalie has always valued the role of a connector—someone who brings people together, advocates for others, and builds creative, effective solutions.

Her journey into politics and policy began as a mother of teenagers, when she found herself unable to successfully advocate for her own children. That experience propelled her into grassroots organizing, where she connected with like-minded parents and community members. Those efforts led her into joining for a successful policy organization that works at both the state and federal levels. She also has experience with numerous political campaigns aimed at electing principled, effective leaders.

Natalie’s professional background includes leading training and education initiatives at a technology startup, managing customer relations for established corporations, and runs her own business as a Realtor. Across all these roles, she finds the greatest fulfillment in teaching others and helping them grow.
