In recent years, a troubling shift has taken root in America’s medical schools. Identity politics, often cloaked under the banner of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), has permeated the halls of institutions once revered for their pursuit of excellence. As a membership organization dedicated to safeguarding healthcare from such ideological intrusions, Do No Harm stands at the forefront of this battle. Our mission is clear: to eliminate discriminatory practices and controversial ideologies that undermine the integrity of medical training and, ultimately, patient care.

The Medical School Excellence Index seeks to do just that. This ranking of allopathic medical schools represents a pivotal step in that mission, shining a light on institutions that prioritize academic excellence and transparency while resisting the encroachment of DEI mandates.
