Colville v. Becerra

Dr. Colville and a group of states sued the Biden administration for unlawfully injecting a race ideology into medical regulations. The Court rejected the government’s attempt to dismiss the entire case. The district court invited the parties to submit summary-judgment motions so that the court can reach a decision on the merits, and the States filed their motion. The States are waiting for the government to file its opposition.

UPDATE: The case has been fully briefed and a decision from the trial court is anticipated during the first half of 2024.
