Olivia McCarver

Olivia McCarver is the Director of Development at Do No Harm. She brings more than a decade of experience working with nonprofit organizations to the role.

She began her career in advancement at a private university, specializing in donor stewardship, development marketing, and campaign communications. More recently, she served as the philanthropy manager for a national nonprofit, expanding her experience in donor and foundation relations and event planning and management.

At Do No Harm, Olivia supports fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and development process management. Olivia graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Agricultural Communications. She and her husband live in Northwest Arkansas.
