Where Are the Nurses?
Responding to DEI and gender ideology in the workplace
Panelists will discuss the culture war taking place in the healthcare industry regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and youth gender ideology. Panelists will also discuss practical resources and solutions for nurses who may be asked to participate in ideologically driven events that they oppose. The panelist will describe their own experiences with these issues in the workplace. A question-and-answer period will follow.
